About The Role

We are seeking a Regional Human Resources Service Partner to enhance the Human Resources Shared Services team's mission of delivering an exceptional associate experience. This role enables HR teams and associates to focus on high-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.

As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will help build a growth-oriented workplace for both the business and our employees. We are transforming our HR organization to provide compelling experiences for our associates, leaders, and HR teams through strategic business partnerships and expertise in high-value areas.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the HR point of contact for inquiries.Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.Manage your assigned caseload in the ticketing system (Jira).Inspire team to innovate and exceed expectations.Resolve Tier 1 cases using the knowledge database, FAQs, and training materials.Escalate cases to Tier 2 and Tier 3 as needed.Contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge resources.Process Workday transactions for People Leaders, HR Community, and Associates using standard documentation and knowledge articles.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services roleHigh School Diploma or equivalentProficiency in MS Office and excelExperience with HRIS systems, preferably WorkdayFamiliarity with case management or CRM toolsProficiency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French) is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
