The winning candidate will have outstanding office skills, a firm understanding of residential remodeling, and a highly developed ability to work well with various personality types. If you are hard-working, dedicated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Safe Step Tubs Inc. is an ideal place for you.This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Nashville, TN in accordance with company policy.ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality assurance throughout the production processPlan, schedule, direct and execute production activitiesCommunicate production progress with customers throughout the processDevelop efficient measures to achieve outstanding business practicesAdapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demandsMaintain up to date product knowledge and industry trendsImplement and maintain company directives and policiesManaging and Developing installer networks to ensure coverage, quality, and cost-effective installation within the regionResponsible for driving team performance to ensure the region meets its monthly unit quota Qualifications5 years prior experience in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferredStrong understanding of residential building standardsProven understanding of technical softwareOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh regard for quality assurance and customer serviceStrong interpersonal and time-management skillsAt Safe Step Walk-In Tub Company, we care for each other. Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
