Responsibilities Develops Regional Integrated Marketing Strategy for NNA Collaborates with business teams to uncover insights to develop marketing strategies. Develops cross-segment initiatives and marketing plans and determines overall prioritization of those efforts. Responsible for developing business processes tied to Integrated Marketing that impact cross-functional teams, such as the Lead Process Responsible for department budget management Leverages reporting and analytics for optimizations, efficiencies, and areas for growth. Represents Integrated Marketing in NNA as a leader and driver of business growth. Leverages expertise of agencies and consulting partners as needed to advise on new initiatives Team Leadership and Mentoring Providing support and development to the Integrated Marketing team. Increasing their knowledge and sharing best practices. Giving advice and direction as needed on work priorities, budgets, and resources. Providing strong leadership to the team and demonstrating the company’s values. Promoting a culture of high-performance with a focus on successful outcomes. Identify short- and long-term resource needs, areas for team growth, and efficiencies. Oversees Campaign Strategy Development & Implementation Oversees campaign strategy and implementation. Oversees Integrated Marketing specialists and managers as they develop campaign strategy, planning, and implementation for lead generation, social media, content, and brand awareness campaigns for the NNA region. Contributes to NNA Strategy for Virtual & In-Person Events Works with Brand Experience Director to develop regional strategy and approach for both In-Person and MSA-hosted Virtual events. Contributes to event planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation. Contributes to global digital strategy for digital tools, artificial intelligence, process mapping, optimization, and continuous improvement utilizing the MSA Business System. Collaborate with regional counterparts to define and refine strategies for implementing digital tools, artificial intelligence, and optimization initiatives. Identify opportunities to integrate advanced technologies and tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational and campaign efficiency. Measure the success of optimization efforts and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Leads Channel Marketing Communication Strategy Defines the strategy and approach for how MSA develops campaigns and content to promote MSA products and services through MSA Channel Partners, ultimately supporting channel revenue growth. Accountable for creating awareness, preference, and demand for MSA product through distribution networks. Contributes to Regional Go-To-Market Strategy Contribute to overall GTM as a member of the NNA Leadership Team Core role in developing the lead management process, including providing tools to Inside Sales. Contributes to high level projects as a member of the Global Integrated Marketing & Experiences Leadership team and as a member of the NNA Leadership Team Qualifications Experience Required: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a marketing role Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing people or equivalent Ability to plan and manage marketing strategy. Ability to deliver consistent messaging across various channels. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong leadership skills Strong verbal and written communication skills A comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategy Experience with online strategies and emerging digital technologies. Marketing automation/email marketing experience Experienced Preferred: Advertising or interactive agency experience Market to marketing automation experience preferred Marketing experience directly related to B2B Team leadership Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent qualifications/ experience) in Journalism, Business, Marketing or related discipline Education Preferred: Master's Degree #LI-KH2
