Regional IT Operations Lead - Hyderabad
**About the Role** The IT Support Regional Lead serves as the primary point of contact for regional leadership, ensuring seamless IT support operations across the region. By managing cross-functional projects, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvements, the candidate will directly enhance the effectiveness of IT services and support the growth of the business. **What You'll Do** 1. Act as the **primary regional point of contact** for IT operations, ensuring service level agreements are met and regional leadership needs are addressed. 2. Plan, execute, and oversee **high-impact regional projects**, collaborating across functional teams. 3. Lead and manage escalations, identifying and removing obstacles, while communicating risks and solutions to stakeholders. 4. Strengthen **compliance and governance** across IT operations and vendor relationships. 5. Serve as the **face of IT Operations** for the region, representing IT Engineering in complex technical matters and influencing global initiatives. **Basic Qualifications** 1. Demonstrated **leadership in dynamic, fast-paced environments**, balancing competing priorities. 2. Proficiency in **Windows, Linux, MacOS, iOS**, networking, A/V equipment, and enterprise IT systems. 3. Strong experience with **process efficiency, escalations management, and Tier 3 support**. **What You'll Need** 1. Experience working with **globally distributed teams**. 2. Exceptional **emotional intelligence** and ability to communicate effectively with executive teams and cross-regional stakeholders. 3. Proven expertise in **vendor management**, including assessments and compliance strengthening. 4. Ability to **analyze trends and improve processes** through metrics-driven decision-making.
