您的角色 You will identify and pursue new opportunities, creating and implementing sales account plans (both technical and commercial) for Loctite InvisiPrint, Loctite AF 8800, Loctite Repel Flex, and other emerging products.
You will maintain a comprehensive understanding of these solutions to effectively close sales with technical expertise. This involves gathering critical technical requirements from customers.
You will define and execute regional and local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan.
You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and identify new accounts and business opportunities.
You will define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
You will steer and support internal resources to execute account strategy.
You will be responsible for timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, weekly reports, etc. YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU

Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience (i.e. consumer electronics display or automotive interior displays) is preferred.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills with English at workable level in global business interactions.
