About you and this role We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Senior Customer Manager. This role offers flexibility and can be performed from various commercial hubs’ locations. As a Senior Customer Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, promoting and selling Dow products and solutions, and driving profitable business growth and innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the EMEA region across Dow products’ chemistries, and coordinating the global silicones portfolio, for one of our complex and geographically diverse global corporate account. Your primary objective will be to maintain and grow the business in continuous alignment with the Global Key Customer Manager and in line with both customer and corporate strategy. This position requires extensive travel, with more than 50% of your time spent within the EMEAI region, along with occasional cross-regional travel. Responsibilities + Collaborate with regional and global teams to set and achieve sales plans. + Manage supply effectiveness and stakeholder relationships. + Enhance customer experience and address sustainability and innovation challenges. + Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams or initiatives, to solve unique problems with broad business impact. Qualifications + Minimum of 5 years of increasing responsibility in sales or commercial-related positions: + Demonstrates a strong track record of growth and experience in relevant roles. + Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical or business discipline + Proficient in English Your Skills + Negotiation and business development + Influential leadership and interpersonal effectiveness + Adaptability to change and an owner's mindset + Excellent communication skills + Ability to manage multiple inputs and high stress Additional notes + The position requires up to 50% travel Benefits – What Dow offers you We invest in you.
