Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a Regional Lead Development Officer to join the team at our Fort Wayne location. 

The Regional Lead Development Officer manages and solicits a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, in partnership with the Hospital's leadership, physicians, and other interested parties, focusing on a specific region.  Partners with Campaign team on creating and executing campaign plan for region (events, fluency, etc).  Supports CII co-funding and market women's group.  Manages regional philanthropy council.  Builds relationships with donors at all levels, system partners and IUHF team, philanthropy council and regional board to promote philanthropy goals. This role would fundraise for the new IU Health Fort Wayne Hospital by meeting with individuals and corporations. We need this candidate to have good written and verbal skills and we could like to see a CFRE certification as well.

Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
