PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and security breaches, including interviews and surveillance reviews Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to resolve cases and recover stolen assets Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, including team member training on security, cash handling, and conflict avoidance Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and identify risks Maintain detailed reports on investigations, track incidents, and follow up on unresolved cases More about you Bachelors degree preferred; experience may be considered in place of a degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and software Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and security protocols High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Shift detailsDay shift
