Quality Carriers, Inc. (QC), headquartered in Tampa, FL, is North America's largest bulk liquid chemical carrier. Through a network of more than 100 terminals and facilities, we transport a broad range of chemical products and provide our customers with value-added transportation services. 

We are looking for a Regional Maintenance Manager to join our Maintenance Team. This role will report directly to the Director of Asset Management. This is a remote position with 100% travel. 

Essential Functions:

Work with terminals and shops to maintain 100% compliance within various federal/provincial regulations and company policies Conduct mechanic training as required by company policy and regulatory agencies Inspect company equipment to ensure compliance and inspect other fleets for assessing the material condition Inspect and approve outside vendors for quality and compliance with company procedures Work with terminals, shops, and outside vendors to complete all  maintenance in a timely, cost-effective manner  Provide purchase orders within authorization limits

Skill/Knowledge Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years of management experience managing a regional fleet or similar capacity Two years DOT HM-183/B620 training or experience Knowledge of DOT requirements Proven track record managing multiple locations and employees Good communication skills and ability to deal with people Solid experience with employee relations, safety rules, and procedures and government regulations Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with TMT desirable Strong knowledge of tractors and bulk liquid/dry trailers preferred
