As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be working in a fast-paced environment that’s charged with developing and leading a strong innovative maintenance team. You will also lead all maintenance operations within our Central Regions. In this role, you will report to the General Manager, Operations - Maintenance
ResponsibilitiesRegional Maintenance Manager
Serves as subject matter expert, offering best practices in processes based on ConGlobal standards and ensuring compliance.Acts as a partner to the terminals offering best practices in processes based on ConGlobal standards.Collaborate with terminals to problem solve for the terminal needs in regard to maintenance.Develops & drives maintenance strategies through people, systems, and processAssists in implementing maintenance policies, programs, and initiatives.Assists in the startups and shutdowns of contracts as it relates to maintenance by conducting site visits, inspecting vehicles, ensuring tools and equipment are on-site, removed, etc.Manages costs at the terminal level by training employees on NetSuiteSupports chassis and maintenance employees at the terminals with garage operations and employee management.Assists in in third party inspections audits and manage post-inspection repairsManages terminal audit compliance through iAuditorEnforces and upholds all ConGlobal rules, regulations & policiesConducts Safety & Terminal Observations and/or AuditsTracks records, licenses, inspections, warranties, and service agreementsCoordinates preventative maintenance programs, achieves goals with 100% complianceProvides metrics & reports as neededOther duties as assigned (administrative & non-administrative) QualificationsRequirements
5-7 years of experience in maintenance Management for a national multi-location company3-5 years supervisory experienceExceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skillsStrong Work EthicAbility to travelExcellent communication skills are mandatoryStrong Project Management skillsEasily accessible and available for questions and problem resolutionsStrong team player with the ability to interact with all levels within the organizationProficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of productsWilling to travel and conduct inspections of equipment given business needs and expansionWhat We offer:
