**Summary:**
Meta is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales and/or customer success leader with experience managing a team of sales and/or customer success managers in a high-growth business. This Business Messaging Specialist (BMS) Regional Manager will lead the BMS team and define and execute the regional business messaging growth strategy for the Latin America region. This leader will be responsible for expanding the team of specialists throughout Latin America priority markets while managing performance and execution. They will collaborate with regional leadership on strategic growth priorities, book of business, goal setting, account planning and thought leadership internally and externally in the LATAM region. They will represent LATAM regional needs to global cross-functional partners including product, engineering and marketing and play a key role in influencing product and policy direction.
**Required Skills:**
Regional Manager, Business Messaging Specialist (LATAM) Responsibilities:
1. Own and be accountable for growth strategy, integrated account planning, quarterly and annual revenue goals, rhythm of business, escalation management across a diversified book of the largest clients in Latin America.
2. Identify, refine and manage a set book of business in collaboration with key cross-functional partners across Latin American and global teams. Expand the business messaging book of business in alignment with regional, industry and country leadership.
3. Manage the prioritization of Business Messaging Specialist resources ensuring the team can exceed regional-in-market goals while aligning to global strategic priorities across product, marketing, finance, legal and other cross-functional shared goals.
4. Provide always-on client insights and broader go-to-market guidance by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, and developing insights on the business messaging market opportunities for LATAM.
5. Leverage knowledge of multiple industries and understand operational and financial key performance indicators (P&L, EBITDA, ROI, operating cash flow, net profit margin, etc).
6. Have in-depth conversations with clients around their business objectives and how business messaging can contribute to their company success.
7. Develop an understanding of the priority verticals for business messaging and clearly define the opportunities business messaging solutions present in different industries in LATAM.
8. Develop meaningful relationships with marketing and non-marketing C-suite and executive decision makers
9. both within your direct book of business and with non-book of business clients to o influence business decisions throughout the positioning of business messaging solutions.
10. Work cross-functionally with Monetization Partnerships, strategy planning and operations, regional and international marketing, sales, creative, data science, product and business product marketing to optimize our client-facing go-to-market efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Build, train and maintain a productive and impact-oriented team of Business Messaging Specialists (BMS).
12. Manage the BMS rhythm of business by developing and executing BMS team operational processes, providing training and support, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
13. Identify and close gaps to goal by monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and taking corrective action.

14. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
15. 10+ years of experience with enterprise sales.
16. 5+ years of experience in a product specialist or customer success team in B2B high-tech or SaaS industry.
17. 3+ years of experience as a people manager managing sales teams in highly ambiguous conditions on time sensitive, high priority work streams.
18. Experience developing and implementing sales and growth strategies for omni-channel customer support products.
19. Experience managing regional organizations that encompass multiple countries.
20. Experience with the Latin America market, with a demonstrated understanding of regional nuances, market challenges, economic conditions, political unrest, etc.
21. Experience managing a variety of industries and verticals (eCommerce, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Travel, Telecommunications, Energy, etc.)
22. Experience driving revenue growth by building on emerging and established opportunities and establishing C-level partnerships across clients and agencies with a tenacity to keep expanding the footprint of the region around revenue incremental & year-over-year growth.
23. Experience communicating with peers, team, clients and executives to ensure effective collaboration, flow of communication and interpersonal relationships.

27. Experience translating insights, product information, and data into client value and presenting to and influencing at all levels of an organization.
28. Experience working under pressure across complex markets and in highly ambiguous situations, while making accurate business decisions.
29. Experience developing and implementing sales and growth strategies for business messaging products.
