Job Description

业务与大客户管理：

Ø制定区域的关键客户管理策略及商业计划，制定辖区内临床渠道策略，并带领团队落地执行Ø领导团队普及免疫预防知识，建立辖区内相关临床医生的免疫预防观念及多学科/跨学科综合预防观念及模式Ø带领团队，确保辖区内目标医院的安全运营Ø通过分析和影响辖区内的政策出台，推动搭建项目平台，建立与客户的长期战略合作伙伴关系

客户互动：

Ø制定团队客户拜访计划，确保团队开展高质量的学术推广会议，配合公司学术活动落地Ø推动市场策略落地，传递疫苗产品知识；建立清晰的品牌认知Ø系统化管理和培养疫苗领域具有临床经验的KOL和KOC，通过临床医生渠道激发消费者需求

免疫预防接种闭环生态建设：

Ø探索医院免疫预防接种生态系统及闭环接种模式，并总结梳理成功经验Ø探索临床医生的推荐接种流程及应用Ø协同跨部门推进医防融合等重大项目落地

团队建立和管理：

Ø建立和领导团队，通过反馈/协访等方式，辅导团队，帮助团队成员提升绩效，带领团队完成业务目标Ø通过高质量的人才甄选和盘点，针对不同人才制定相应的发展计划Ø营造良好的团队学习氛围，打造良性的团队文化Ø

合规管理：

Ø确保工作过程严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度Ø保证团队和合作伙伴的行为符合公司合规要求#疫苗事业部
