YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the customer business plans - JBP - Cuex Methodology.To realize and enhance the targeted market position and account / category / portfolio /stock in trade /profitability. Implement the approved customer business plans to deliver sustainable sales and profit growth Achieve growth of national and / or regional accounts. Lead initiative to drive selling opportunities for all potential brands / categories. Achieve growth of the traditional channel.Ensure optimal distribution and visibility at Point of sales, guaranteeing follow up and execution. Ensure both sales and rotation budget. Achieve Commercial plans depend on customers timing execution. Develop customer preference forour brands, partnership, knowledge, best practices and innovations. Create partnerships models for the benefit of the B2B model. Plan and direct strategic plans of investment together with trade of key customers of the channel, which guarantee sustainable and profitable sales.Ensure both sales and rotation budget. Ensure accurate and timely administration of account agreements, payment behavior, delivery performance, sales efforts and execution of agreed activity.Improve the indicators of the accounts payable. Provide adequate profitability to the division and take corrective action when necessary. Establish and implement an active contact strategy across the account.Ensure that all contacts both internally and externally are aligned to the Consumer care strategy and the objectives of the agreed joint Business plan.To do field work making coaching to internal and external sales forces giving feedback permanently to the sales executive team.Identify opportunities for our brands and share the best practices of the sales forces. Proactively communicate business opportunities and risks with solutions to deliver, on time. Develop key skills in the team. To be 100% aligned with the company’s values.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor of Science in professional administrative, economic or related. At least 3 years in management positions in sales in pharmaceutical companies in OTC markets or companies of mass consumption.Intermediate to Advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Desirable)Knowledge and handling of tools such as Kantar and Nielsen.Additional training or specific knowledge: Office Management with focus on Excel. Techniques or skills in negotiation.Analytical and numerate, with attention to detail, ability to understand & utilize facts / data/insights to create and to realize commercial plans. High, interpersonal skills and influencing capacity without hierarchical authority. Strategic thinking Leadership. Orientation to the achievement of results. Customer Orientation Analysis and solution of problems. Lead and develop others. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meeting deadlines.
