Responsible for providing operational assistance, support and guidance to Site Managers, site teams, and customers to achieve excellent safety results, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction while maintaining quality standards and meeting operational and financial goals.
Responsibilities Support the overall company safety culture, set the example, hold team members accountable for safety behaviors and policies, and recommend areas for improvement.Foster a team environment at both the site and regional levels in support of overall company objectives.Oversees the business, financial and technical activities of Operations and Maintenance sites.Engage with the Business Development process, including contract review.Coordinate development of Site’s annual operating plan and budget.Routinely review P&Ls for designated regional sites.Maintain client relationships and own overall end-to-end customer service experience.Plan, develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure the operating quality, environmental compliance, and safety of assigned sites.Generate and recommend purchasing approval in support of assigned sites.Establish site and Site Manager goals and conduct performance appraisals/reviews.Recommend recognition and/or disciplinary action of personnel as necessary.Engage in compensation reviews and follow-up of annual employee increases per contract.Conduct regular relationship meetings with contract customers to ensure proper services are being provided and to determine prospects for future sales.Identify, monitor and evaluate Warranty Support opportunities at assigned sites.Compliance with ELS Safety program policies and procedures.Contribute to potential sales opportunities to include reading and understanding RFPs, writing RFP responses, assessing headcount needs, and determining capital and contractual requirements to follow through with a new contract.Maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the employer’s insurance policy.Perform additional duties/assignments as may be required by management. QualificationsBASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 10 years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position.5+ years’ experience in service provision, adhering to contract terms.Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication, judgment, organizational development, coaching, and counseling.Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.Basic knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.Ability to pass required background checks.Ability to travel up to 50%PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.Advanced administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication, judgment, organizational development, coaching, and counseling.7+ years’ experience in contract administration.Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position
