Weston & Sampson is looking for an Regional Manager to support our Southeastern Massachusetts region and surrounding area projects. The Regional Manager will play a critical role in helping Weston & Sampson achieve its vision to assure growth and provide high quality programs. The Regional Manager will be responsible for a variety of significant activities including internal operations, client and contract satisfaction, oversight of staff, adherence of the company’s Health & Safety program, Regulatory compliance, monitoring of and assisting in marketing, generation of revenue and profits/company contribution and management of receivables. The Regional Manager will be instrumental in ensuring consistent and effective internal processes and communications to strengthen and grow the region, develop staff and position the organization for continued success.
What you’ll do:
+ Play a critical role in helping Weston & Sampson achieve its vision to assure growth and provide high quality programs.
+ Responsible for a variety of significant activities including internal operations, client and contract satisfaction, oversight of staff, adherence of the company’s Health & Safety program, Regulatory compliance, monitoring of and assisting in marketing, generation of revenue and profits/company contribution and management of receivables.
+ Instrumental in ensuring consistent and effective internal processes and communications to strengthen and grow the region, develop staff and position the organization for continued success.
+ Ensure client needs are met.
+ Develop and built upon client relationships to improve profits/company contribution for the region and/or organization.
+ Effectively engage in cross selling regional and company services.
+ Advance regional growth in all markets.
What you will bring:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; at least 10 years of professional experience in a direct management of Water/Wastewater Industry role, and holding appropriate professional licenses in multiple New England states.
+ Highly organized with an ability to wear multiple hats in an ever expanding, fast-moving environment; a driving force who manages toward clarity and solutions.
+ A successful track record in setting priorities, shaping processes, guiding investment in people and systems, and developing an infrastructure that creates a stronger and more efficient organization.
+ Thorough understanding of project management; able to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and goals.
+ A consummate team player with a flexible and creative approach.
+ Excellent communication and coalition building skills with an ability to balance, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; high level of knowledge and understanding, especially as it relates to discipline replication, connecting programs to funding, creatively generating other resources, and building strategic partnerships.
+ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission.
+ Ability to effectively organize, manage and coordinate multiple assignments.
+ Able to meet deadlines, to work cooperatively with others and when necessary.
