We have an opportunity in the Lexington office for a Regional Manager for the Midwest Region.

What we expect… (Essential Functions)
Be responsible for developing and maintaining the Company culture within the Regional Office and Talent Hubs; expectation is to work with other Regional Managers to establish and promote Gray culture consistently across the company.
Prepare, implement, and monitor Regional Office and Talent Hub strategic plans as well as development of operational plan for Project Ops for Region.
Evaluate and recommend new Talent Hub locations based on market conditions; collaborate with Gray Inc. companies in this effort.
Work with HR/Operations to develop and promote career pathways, job descriptions, and positional responsibilities.
Be responsible for ensuring that all regional team members are receiving necessary training and career development opportunities, including collaboration with the Training & Development team.
Facilitate performance reviews and review/recommend salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
Monitor, support, and assist with individual needs and issues of team members.
Manage regional resource needs and resource allocation in coordination with Market needs.
Coordinate with other Regional Managers regarding “sharing” resources between regions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to recruit, interview, and hire resources to support Market led goals.
Be responsible for promoting team cohesion within and between all supporting departments – Design, Preconstruction, Project Management, Field Operations, etc.
Develop and facilitate team events such as: team building, social gatherings, and volunteer efforts within the region.
Visit project sites as appropriate to monitor status of teams.
Collaborate with Gray’s Outreach Coordinator for community involvement.
Develop, review, monitor, analyze, and report budgets, regional activities, operational costs, resources, and operations to ensure compliance with policies and progress towards company and regional goals and objectives.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 6 years related experience; or 10 years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Noise level on the job site is normally moderate to loud. Overtime may be required. Travel will be required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May supervise multiple team members. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all team members assigned to the region. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving personnel issues with the assistance of the Human Resources department.
