POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager will lead the allocated region in providing outstanding tattoo removal services to our clients and drive operating results. The role will include broad operational and people management for the region and be focused on business outcomes through activities and analysis by driving leads through local channels, improving selected KPI metrics including show rates and conversions. Regional Managers are responsible for adequately and appropriately allocating resources to sites such that Removery objectives in staff costs are met. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to and implement process and policy to optimize the operations of Removery locations. These include processes related to CX, consultation, treatment, follow up and reviews as well as community events. The Regional Managers will also contribute to and implement policy manuals and ensure compliance to all operational policies.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership, inspiration, coaching, mentorship, and guidance to your team members to achieve engagement and drive business results
Monitor and drive positive outcomes of operating metrics (KPI’s) including leads, conversions to consult, package, Tx, show rates, cancellations, artist referrals
Work with Team Leads, Regional Team(s), Director of Operations, and COO to develop targets and goals for studios within region and establish annual budgets
Partner with VP of Clinical Ops and clinical team to identify training needs and ensure clinical targets and outcomes are being delivered
Monitor and analyze monthly P&L reporting for region and develop action plans where appropriate
Co-ordinate regular and timely regional team meetings and any team 1:1 meetings
Lead and implement new initiatives, gaining buy-in from team members on why changes are positive, and ensure standards are maintained across your region
Analyze client feedback, develop, and implement any training or change programs to improve the CX where appropriate; Continuously assess and identify opportunities to enhance client experience
Lead and implement new initiatives in partnership with the support team, and ensure proper communication to team members within your region and execution
Represent Removery brand and culture
Inspire team growth through targeted performance management and individual development plans to promote an environment of accountability and engagement
Monitor, measure, and hold teams accountable for execution of operational expectations
Additional responsibilities, as needed, to set your locations and the business up for success
Responsible for overall plan to execute artist relationships in region.
Develop new relationships, nurture existing relationships
Develop targets for referrals
Produce reports for region on relationships stats
Lead the local area marketing plan
Understand the local community
Identify opportunities to develop relationships within community ie: sponsorships, education
Liaise with marketing team to develop any collateral for region
Manage the distribution of any promotional material, report on this where possible
Provide training for team(s) to successfully maintain marketing programs
Ensure optimal time management of human resources
Identify any training or career development needs and work 1:1 with team members to ensure optimal engagement
Identify and communicate team capabilities to leadership and create an environment of talent development within your region
Liaise with Location Development team in identification and management of the new location openings within your region
Aid in on the ground project management for new location projects
Attend weekly updates for all projects in regions
Partner with marketing to develop launch plan that is appropriate for the location
Visit sites and provide updates to team when required
Provide site visit recap for archives
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Passion for the tattoo removal industry and desire to grow the business with a focus on driving culture and engagement throughout the team
Previous leadership experience overseeing multiple locations required
Minimum 3 years’ business experience with focus on developing relationships, customer experience, business development, marketing and communications environments, and achieving positive operating results
A natural talent for motivating, building, developing and leading diverse teams committed to helping others grow and develop in their role
Successful track record of building teams and developing strong talent
History of creating cultures of exceptional customer experience and operational excellence through the execution of goals and objectives
Strong connectivity and understanding of client needs
