Regional Manager (Asia) - Onsite, DubaiPosted 1 minute agoDubai350,000 AED - 420,000 AEDJob Reference: 37192My client is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Manager with a proven track record in the iGaming industry to oversee and drive the success of their operations in the Southeast Asia region.
You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, business development, and product management, ensuring the seamless execution of our regional strategies.

With deep industry knowledge and a focus on growth and profitability, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our company in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.  
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies tailored to the Southeast Asia iGaming market to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand awareness.   Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of services. Lead operational improvements and implement scalable processes.   Marketing & Customer Acquisition: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Focus on growing the brand presence through both digital and offline channels.   Product Management: Partner with the product team to ensure product offerings meet the demands and expectations of the Southeast Asian market. Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve the product suite and user experience.   Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the region, ensuring that business goals are met while optimizing operational efficiency.   Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape for iGaming in Southeast Asia.    Partnerships & Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, affiliates, and regulators.   Team Leadership & Development Data Analysis & Reporting  
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams in Southeast Asia.   Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operations, marketing, player acquisition, retention, and regulatory issues in Southeast Asia.   Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across multiple functions.   Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, CRM strategies, and player engagement tactics specific to iGaming.   Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive business decisions, track performance, and optimize operations.   Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with the legal and regulatory frameworks governing iGaming in Southeast Asia.   Cultural Competence: Ability to navigate the cultural and market differences across the diverse Southeast Asian region and tailor strategies accordingly.   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
