We are looking to hire a Regional Manager for our Pest Control Division, this individual is responsible for ensuring that customers remain at the centre of all operations. They will oversee the delivery of quality service and customer satisfaction, aiming to achieve and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) both externally and internally. They will manage customer interactions, prioritise customer needs, and implement a quality strategy in coordination with the Technical Director.
The Regional Manager leads cross-functional teams in sales, operations, and quality to meet the region’s financial and performance objectives. They are responsible for driving regional profitability by setting sales targets, optimising service delivery, and overseeing budget adherence.
Main tasks
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of service to achieve a customer NPS of at least 40 and an internal team NPS of 50.
Manage and motivate regional teams across commercial, operations, and quality functions to meet KPIs and business objectives.
Oversee P&L management for the region, including budget compliance and profitability.
Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the commercial and technical departments to enhance service quality and customer retention.
Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, setting targets, and monitoring results against sales and margin objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations, while integrating new acquisitions into Rentokil procedures.
Maintain cross-functional communication to support regional and organisational goals.
Lead business reviews and proactively adjust action plans to address performance deviations.

Qualifications
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent sector experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in team, service, and P&L management within a multinational environment.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English (C1-B2 level).
Availability to travel and work flexible hours.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
