What You Will Do
🔹 Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance culture.
🔹 Drive the strategic direction and execution of sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
🔹 Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and industry stakeholders.
🔹 Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.
What You Will Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health or something similar
Minimum 4 years of sales or sales management experience
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth
A passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level.
Preferred:
Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical or health care industry
