Regional Manager Escrow - Seattle, WA

Upward Title and Closing is a part of the Anywhere Integrated Services family of companies launching a startup escrow operation in the Washington real estate market. Upward Title and Closing is a new, innovative concept partnering closely with top luxury real estate brokerages in the Greater Spokane area.

 

Upward Title and Closing is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director to lead our Washington company. As a Regional Director and company leader, you are equally skilled at partner, people, and profitability management. You will oversee the launch of the brand and manage at least 1 office including both escrow operations teams and sales managers. 

 

You will also partner closely with our Regional President on strategic planning and execution of investment in office opening, hiring, and expansion. 

 

The ideal candidate for this role is extremely comfortable with partnering with our Advisory Committee of broker-owners, collecting input and feedback to manage the entity to success in both revenue growth and customer service. This role will pay base compensation and competitive, performance-based commission.

Your responsibilities: 

Regional Leader: Execute the launch and growth plans of luxury-oriented offices across the state of Pennsylvania, focused on the Greater Spokane area and eventually expanding footprint throughout the state. Monitor investment and expenses to lead the company to profitability.  Tactical Operator: Manage a team of Escrow professionals working at multiple locations, promote principles that inspire a high level of responsibility and success, and ensure that all escrow operations are running proficiently to uphold the maximum level of productivity while ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to agents, sellers and homebuyers. Relationship and Business Builder: Build and enhance relationships with our brokerage partners, earning their confidence and trust in order to create opportunities for business development and growth.  Leadership of Quarterly Advisory Committee meetings and ongoing collaborative planning. Qualifications: 

Management Experience: Three plus years of management experience, ideally overseeing a multi-branch operation. Prior experience in escrow and title insurance a plus.  Communications skills: Extremely strong written and verbal skills, including preparation and leadership of our quarterly Advisory Committee Meetings.  Travel: Ability to oversee teams and partners in the Washington market.  Substantial travel required, especially during periods of office expansion.
