Regional Manager Field Operations

The Regional Manager of Field Operations leads new program implementation and upholds operations standards toensure consistent execution of the off-price strategy in Burlington’s stores. The role partners with Regional VPs and District Managers across multiple regions to get stores on-process from receiving to customer experience.The core responsibility is to introduce and sustain process and tool changes to drive operational excellence in stores. While relying on influencing stakeholders through expertise, success in the role means delivering onKPIs from back-of-the-house productivity to sales floor efficiency. The right individual will be a great problem solver, coach and trainer, collaborator, and communicator with experience in store operations and field at national scale retailers. **Responsibilities:** + Train and coach Regional VPs and District Managers on store processes and provide ongoingsupport on best practices. Identify under-performing stores and districts, diagnose issues, partner withRegional VPs to address gaps, and follow up to resolve and/or escalate issues. Provide input to home officeteams on systematic operational challenges to inform chain-wide solutions and inform changemanagement plans. + Roll out programs and introduce new processes to Fieldand Stores with feet on the ground for managing change.Validate store readiness, resolve/escalateissues, define backup plans, monitor post-launch results, and intervene in struggling markets to makechange stick. + Lead in-store execution of new process and tool tests, diagnose issues, andimprove solutions as well as launch processes. Surface improvements to existing SOPs and tools. + Partner with Real Estate, New Store Ops, and other functions to ensure operationalreadiness to open new stores and relocations. Coach field leaders to resolve issues and get new storeson-process from the Grand Opening. + Represent Ops standards and culture of excellence and accountability in stores. Bethe process expert and the first line of support for stores and field.
