In this key role you’ll:
Guarantee consistent delivery of service resulting in quality solutions presented to customers Ensure sales processes are in line with our values and the IA Channel strategy. Enable your team to provide consistent, high-quality service and best practices for positive customer outcomes. Facilitate regional stakeholder engagement to support our role as a business partner and foster ongoing growth. Represent Chubb Life as the ‘Champion” within the region.
To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following
5 + years’ team management and leadership experience in the Financial industry. Deep expertise in diverse multi-channel distribution models. Extensive track record in strategically developing and refining sales processes to drive exceptional results and maximize performance. Demonstrates expertise in building and nurturing internal and external relationships. Level 5 Financial Service qualification, preferredWe don’t expect you to have every skill listed.
