The Regional GM of Retail Car Sales is responsible for driving increased profitability and positive EVA in all channels of fleet remarketing within their respective region. The incumbent will create, and lead vehicle disposal efforts aimed at achieving maximized revenue and minimized cost and turnaround time. This role will provide leadership, vision, and strategic focus on all fleet remarketing initiatives for the region. They will Oversee the regional retail car sales operation, including evaluation of profitability, oversight of advertising, financing, product selection and legal compliance initiatives. Lead the direct-to-consumer sales channels for the region.
Qualifications:
Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills are a must. Multi-tasking is required. Excellent written and spoken communication. Self-motivated sales professionals with inside or outside sales experience. Previous management experience is preferred.
