The On-Premise Regional Manager will lead and inspire a team to ensure that Brown-Forman's key brands are built in key segments with the appropriate support to ensure presence and prominence
within the channel.

+ Actively contribute to developing and implementing the channel strategy, ensuring the correct implementation of brand guidelines, and managing P&L and ROI in projects to optimize investments.
+ Analyzethetotalmarketandtargetsegmenttounderstandindustrydynamics,competition,andconsumer behavior,identifyinggrowthopportunitiesforBrown-Formanand ensuringadominantpositioninkeyaccounts.
+ Continuouslytrainandeducate(internallyandexternally)onBrown-Formanculture,brands,andvalues,ensuringthatallexecutivesfollow andimplementthestepsofthevisit,useeffectivenegotiationprinciples,andutilize salesforceasaworktool.
+ Recruit,retain,anddevelopthebesttalent forBrown-Forman,responsiblefor developingthe team'scareerplansandensuringthecorrectplanningandexecutiontosecurethemostimportantaccounts.
+ Manageandcontrolbudgets,ensuringproperimplementationofthebudgetstrategy,impeccableadministrationandcontrolofclientdatabases,andactivecommunicationwiththeteamofwholesalerstoensureappropriate businessprocesses.

+ Bachelor'sdegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield.
+ 3+yearsleadingon-premiseand/orsalesteamsforglobalconsumerproductbrands.
+ Experienceinestablishingandmaintainingstrategicrelationships.
+ Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
+ ProficientinMicrosoftOfficeSuite,Googletools,andmarketanalysisplatforms.
+ Knowledgeoffinance,marketing,effectivenegotiations,coaching,andleadership.
