What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales teamDrive sales growth and achieve targets across your regionDevelop and execute strategic sales plans based on customer and market trendsRecruit, train, and mentor Territory ManagersStay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity

What You Will Need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health or something similarMinimum 2 years of sales or sales management experienceStrong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growthA passion for coaching and developing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.A strategic mindset with the ability to drive initiatives at a national level.

Preferred:

Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical or health care industry
