Responsible for region project aligning with National Marketing Strategy to implement action plan in the Region.

Fully responsible for project in the region that identified by National Marketing Strategy such as Tumor, Cardiology, ICU/ED, Metabolic Disease, Women Health, Infection Disease etc.

Performance of local team and distributors associate to the project regularly to ensure yearly target is achieved

Work closely with National Marketing team so as to implement Strategy in Region and exploit full marketing intelligence
与全国市场团队密切配合,充分利用市场信息,执行区域战略
Partner with disease management team to execute regional marketing plan, develop and maintain KOL by disease area, organize regional marketing activity by disease area to promote full products of company. Partner with disease management team to organize and hold marketing activities to promote marketing strategy by disease area.区域市场策略执行中,配合疾病管理团队,按疾病领域开发和维护KOL,组织区域市场疾病领域推广活动以有效促进公司全产品线的推广 Prepare monthly report, competitor information, PAMD and sales forecast associate to the projects to Regional Director and Marketing Team on a regular basis

Responsible for product training to both sales and distributor for the assigned projects.

Set sales target together with local Sales team for appointed distributors for each projects

Responsible for promotion activities and events associated with the projects and taken place in the assigned region

Assist in yearly budgeting exercise

Assist in working out forecasting for products required by market

Initiate key action plan for VIP and monitor the process to ensure the target is achieved

Develop career and development plan for subordinates

A recognized University Degree in Clinical Diagnostics Science or Business Administration.

Good command of English in both spoken and written

At least 5 years’ sales experience in related industry is required.
