Become a **maker of possible** with us! **Job Summary** Responsible for identifying, assessing, and developing new market opportunities for our current Surgery portfolio with a focus on professional education and training development. This role will work closely with global, regional and country commercial teams, marketing, medical and clinical affairs, and market access teams to drive growth of current Surgery portfolio in the region. The ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders is essential for this position. **Essential Job Functions** + **Market Development:** Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hernia and biosurgery market. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. + **Professional Education:** Develop and implement educational programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) to enhance their knowledge and skills in using BD’s hernia and biosurgery products. + **Clinical Support:** Provide clinical support to existing and potential customers, including product demonstrations and training sessions. + **Event Management:** Plan and manage educational events such as workshops, seminars, and webinars. Coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Compliance, to align educational initiatives with business goals. + **Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, KOLs, and other stakeholders to support market development and educational activities. + **Budget Management:** Oversee the budgeting and financial aspects of educational programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints. + **Effectiveness Analysis:** Evaluate the impact of educational programs through feedback and metrics, and continuously refine content to meet the evolving needs of HCPs **Preferred Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree, preferably Life Sciences, Engineering, Medicine + MBA preferred + 5+ Years in Medical Device sales, marketing, business development, market development or global marketing preferability in the Surgical space + Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects of business. + Strong understanding of the surgical device market (hernia, Hemostats) and key trends + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Refined ability to influence cross functional teams with authority. + Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
