This position is responsible for Gotham Health's New York Northern Brooklyn locations, including East New York, Bedford, Bushwick Communicare, Greenpoint, Fort Greene, Sumner, Williamsburg, Brownsville, Crown Heights, Jonathan Williams, and Homecrest.
Opportunity Details:
Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation across the overseen Region of sites (i.e. - Brooklyn) Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management Assessment of clinical providers Finance, budget, and reimbursements Recruitment strategies Travel to sites within the Brooklyn Region will be required 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility
