Job Description:
The Regional NA Technical Analyst works with NA BTO team members, COE teams members, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects and Application Owners to collect, clarify, and translate functional requirements and conceptual design into technical documentation to support applications and solutions development. The Regional NA Technical Analyst is a key role in a transformation project, responsible for analyzing complex technical requirements, designing and developing solutions, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle. This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.What are we looking for?The Regional NA Technical Analyst is part of the NA BTO team and reports into EOS DT NA Deployment Senior Lead. This role is essential to the successful execution of complex projects within our organization. It is typically embedded within project teams, working closely with project managers, business analysts, system architects and other technical specialists. The overall goal is to ensure that technical aspects of the project are well-defined, implemented, and maintained.

Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and influence project decisions
Strong understanding of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards as a plus
Has APS, ERP or other systems Implementation experience as a plus
What will be your key responsibilities?Technical Requirements Analysis: Understanding and interpreting business requirements to define technical specifications.
System Design and Architecture: Participate in the technical architecture design of the solution, including data flows, interfaces, and system integrations by partnering with Solution Architects.
Testing: testing and debugging system components and Interfaces.
Deployment and Support: Deploying the solution into production environments and providing ongoing support and maintenance by partnering with Service teams.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as system design documents, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).
