Job Description

We are on the search of Regional Network Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of networks for the DACH region. We are cross-regional team that works in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. We and ensure support for customer requests and accelerating the rollouts.

Tasks:

Operation of Local Area Networks and WiFi Infrastructure in DACH countries according to ITIL.Working together closely in an international virtual team of fellow network engineers.Planning, configuration and installation of Local Area Networks and WiFi Infrastructure in DACH locations.Monitoring and troubleshooting of networks.Collaborate with internal Field Service organization and external service providers.Support development of network concepts and hardware portfolio (evaluation, sample configurations).Supporting transformation of current network infrastructure to software defined network.Manage network organizational and statistical tasks.

QualificationsDegree in Computer Science / Electronics EngineeringMin. 2 years of Network experience in LAN, WLAN or WAN environmentsMin. 2 years of experience in Cisco and HPE/Aruba ProductsPreferably CCNA, CCNP Certification and ITIL framework know-how Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Bash, etc.).Strong communication and coordination skills (project experience appreciated)Analytical and problem solving skillsStrong teamwork abilityFluency in English
