ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the territory management, You will lead and support advisors and counter managers in stores to create fantastic experiences every day for every customer and helping them achieve targets.This role requires travelYou will build great relationships with stores, area and regional leaders and support them in agreeing their plans and commitments to achieve their goals You will provide expert beauty leadership for both brands.Lead recruitment regionally completing interviewsTo be a leader who will be a beauty advocate and love both our No7 and Liz Earle brands.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVEAt least 1 years Leadership experience ideally in a remote management roleA passion for people and sellingExperience coaching people to support them to be exemplar with customer experience giving them feedback and guidance.The ability to work with and achieve sales targets, reviewing and continuously improving performanceKnowledge of how to build valuable relationships with people at all levels to influence and maintain brand standards.This role will require travel and will be based at various stores. Full UK Driving License is necessary (except for London roles which do not require this) Fleet Car is provided if annual mileage is anticipated to be above 10,000.
