As a Regional Nonconformance Coordinator and member of the Agricultural Solutions Quality Team in North America, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the regional nonconformance process, collaborating closely with site coordinators and regional contacts to ensure timely and accurate resolution of nonconformances. By working with various departments such as Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Product Stewardship, and Customer Service, this role will drive continuous improvement, support regional and global KPI targets, and contribute to the overall quality excellence of the organization.
