What You Will Do to Change Lives  

The Regional Nurse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the nursing roles within the service lines in their designated region. This support can include education, training, consultation, auditing, onboarding assistance, direct clinical care, and other duties to help promote, maintain, and sustain the profession of nursing and the elevation of clinical practice. This position will travel extensively as they will be working in different locations across their designated region.

Shifts Available:  

Full Time | 8:00am-5:00pm | Monday-Friday

Expected starting wage range is $118,995.46-147,000.20.  Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges.  The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed.  Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. 

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)  

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and four (4) years of experience with two (2) in psychiatric nursing and two (2) years in a supervisory capacity OR a baccalaureate degree in nursing and (2) years of psychiatric experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory capacity Current, valid, and unrestricted licensure as an RN in the state of residency, and/or eligible for licensure in the state of operation Must be at least 18 years of age Must be AHA CPR-BLS, First Aid, and CPI certified (hands-on course) on date of employment or prior to providing direct client care and maintain current certification throughout employment Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.   Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.   All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver’s license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements may apply.
