Regional Office Coordinator

The Regional Office Coordinator has direct responsibility for the support of the Vice President and oversees the Regional Office day – to – day activities. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: + Completion of expense reports for all regional office personnel and maintains regional calendars. Manages all office supplies + Assists Operations Manager with property acquisition and disposition tasks + Responsible for customer complaint call coordination + Responsible for vendor setup, invoice payments and charge backs for regional office + Compile, track and distribute all regional monthly financial reports + Organization of all regional office information + Posts open positions to various internet sources; tracks open position and submit weekly to corporate + Attends monthly ROC calls to discuss current initiatives + Generates all site position offer letters, including process of background reports + Reviews and maintains all property contracts to ensure they contain Bell Partners’ standards. Uploads contracts into Contract Logix System + Assist in managing site Pay-Per-Click campaigns + Responsible for associate leases, including process of application, lease document, renewals and tracking rent payments Additional Functions and Responsibilities: + Perform other duties as requested Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: + Strong knowledge of MS Office applications to include MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint + Strong time management skills; Must be resourceful and well organized; able to manage multiple priorities + Must have strong customer service skills & a strong sense of urgency + Must have strong written and oral communication skills + Must be able to build strong business relationships + Must demonstrate support of Bell Core Values + Must possess willingness and demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service + Must work effectively with vendors, peers, investors and Bell Partners employees + Must display a professional image and demeanor at all times + Must possess willingness and demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service + Must demonstrate ability to successfully work on a team + Must be able to clearly communicate both orally and in writing + Must be able to understand directives both orally and in writing Education and Background: + BA/BS in business or related field + 2+ years office management experience preferred + Strong working internet knowledge About Bell Partners Our purpose at Bell Partners is to create communities our residents are proud to call home.
