Regional Office Manager

Ensure that the rules are followed, that our offices are a safe and comfortable place to develop our business and organizational culture, and that it facilitates people's well-being.

Responsabilities:

Contact person for functions such as:

Maintenance.

Shipping and deliveries.

Supplies (snacks, stationery, necessary material for the office).

Bills / Petty Cash.

Purchases (when applicable).

Schedule meetings and appointments

Organize/maintain office layout.

Keep the office in optimal conditions and organize the necessary repairs.

Organize office operations and procedures.

Make sure all items are billed and paid for on time.

Involvement in contracts and prices with office providers, service providers and office leasing

Provide general support to visitors.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.

Always seek the best solution with employee queries on office management issues

Liaise with facility management providers, including cleaning, catering, and security services.

Manage employee trips always looking for the best option for travelers, following company policies.

Help POP with internal or external activities, such as parties, celebrations and conferences.

Always help and/or be available to help other departments to achieve TEAMWORK.

Requirements:

Advanced English is a must for this role

Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative or office management roles of at least 3 years.

Attention to Detail: "meticulousness" in the performance of tasks and monitoring of processes.

Customer Orientation: Provide excellent service to both employees and visitors.

Organization: ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills: communication skills, both verbal and written.

Problem Solving: ability to identify problems and propose effective solutions.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and in the company's priorities.

Financial Management: Basic knowledge in budget management and expense control.

Technical Knowledge: familiarity with management software, office tools and information technologies.
