The Regional Office Manager is responsible for overseeing office operations and leading a team to ensure an efficient, productive, and safe work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and supporting daily company operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team to maintain a productive and pleasant office environment, ensuring high efficiency, clear communication, and a strong safety culture.Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative duties, office procedures, and schedules.Manage office maintenance, inventory of supplies, and procurement of office equipment, including organizing client packages and gifts.Ensure smooth office operations, including managing meetings, office equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs.Collaborate with the Travel team to manage accommodation bookings and coordinate guest arrivals and departures.Maintain partnership with POP for updating and maintaining office rules as neededMaintain partnerships with technical support teams for office equipment and systems.Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing.Manage the office budget and ensure proper expense tracking and reporting.Assist with the onboarding of new employees and address any office-related inquiries from staff (e.g., forms, repairs, etc.).
Requirements:
