The Regional On Premise Manager has the overall responsibility for breaking down and implementing the national business plan in the assigned region. The ROPM is the leader of the Musketeers. As the face of the brand in the market and together with his team, he optimises sales, brand presence and awareness throughout the On Premise channel. The ROPM and his team must be perfectly coordinated with the Distributor Regional Manager in order to maximize and amplify the reach of the potential of the sales force teams of the distributors
