Act as the Operations Lead for the assigned Region. Through activities, primarily through direction of staff, is responsible to meet established goals and objectives toward Safety, Quality and Environmental Compliance as well as maintaining the operations budget for assigned terminals in the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Change Agent and leader in the development of a Culture modeled around Safety, Quality and Environmental ComplianceThrough selection, mentoring, development, aquisition of bench strength, evaluation and where necessary, discipline, develop an effective Operations team for the Region.Facilitate the development of Operations goals and objectives. Monitor progress toward established goals and objectives.Act as the operations principle for the region, providing visible and decisive direction toward the achievement of goals and objectives, operations efficiency, continuous improvement and accountability at the facilities.Actively coordinate with Commercial staff in the support of sales, customer service and business development.Develop and operate within operational budget for the fiscal year.
