Manage and facilitate the regional hiring approval process, including tracking submissions and coordinating approvals at both regional and global levelsExecute monthly HR reporting cycles, including data extraction, analysis, and distribution to relevant stakeholdersGenerate and review ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision makingCreate and maintain organizational charts to reflect current structure and reporting relationshipsCoordinate annual renewals of practice certificate for the departmentFoster cross-functional collaboration between internal teams to ensure smooth operations and reporting related to the population of the regionMaintain confidential HR documentation and records with utmost discretionBe the regional point of contact for resource hiring and onboarding processSome careers have more impact than others.
