Regional Ops Manager

AHF Products has a job opportunity for a Regional Ops Manager. Reporting to the Director of Studio Operations, the Regional Ops Manager will provide support and knowledge within the region on all operational aspects to deliver exceptional customer experience and cost management. This position is responsible for overseeing different branches within a territory or region in addition to all activities for each branch. This position requires someone with leadership and management skills and be able to complete their responsibilities the correct way in a timely fashion. To lead and direct all aspects of daily operations through regional branches with emphasis on exceptional customer service, proficient process, cost control, LEAN principles, and talent management. ROM’s will drive creation, implementation, and continuity of operational SOP’s, instill a mindset of driving sales and profits through efficient execution, customer service satisfaction and pursuit of excellence.
JOB DUTIES:
Develop and execute regional initiatives and growth plans for each region in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager. Provide strategic and tactical direction and support to locations within region by various source of communication and regular onsite visits. Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to support the sales growth of the company. Support locations by assisting in identifying short- and long-term solutions and sharing successful methodology across each branch. Build and develop a high performing team of leaders and branch managers capable of executing the work at a high level and ensure an exceptional service is provided at each branch within the assigned territory. Assure all branches meet the established goals and the requirements in order to perform and function effectively. The ability to create a cohesive work environment and maintain company culture. The ability to create the guidelines for his/her team to follow and be able to hold them accountable. Collaborate with team to create and implement SOP’s in all functional operations systems and processes. Effectively lead and guide to build organizational teams on our core values of Family, Integrity, Improvement, Respect and Partnership. Establishing best in class operational proficiencies and cost structure utilizing industry benchmarks from CTDA or other distribution surveys as a guide. Metrics should include activities, such as, transaction rates/FTE, sales/gm $/FTE, inventory cycle count accuracy, space utilization, etc. P&L with emphasis on SG&A cost containment and delivery of stated goals of financial ratio benchmarks. Participates in regular P&L reviews to ensure budgets and expenses are met. Learn and assimilate LEAN and 5-S principles through all operational processes. Establish budgets and objectives and operate within policy guidelines Utilize information and technology impacting distribution to increase innovation and ensure continual improvement throughout the Operations. Develops and executes project delivery strategies, overlaying and adhering to best in management and disciplined processes to achieve profit plan, drive internal execution resource alignment and provide unique customer experience. Supports the efforts for opportunities committed to customer satisfaction and overall success of each branch performance. Assure compliance and continuity to all processes, procedures, facility and equipment maintenance and inventory control. Establish and adhere to best practices and associated metrics. Talent Management & Human Resource functions including, talent and performance assessment, recruitment, hiring practices, talent development and corrective action. Establish quarterly schedule/cadence of branch visits and branch meetings. Provide monthly and quarterly operations performance report to Director of Operations and VP/GM.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS/BA degree preferred. Experience in DANSIK system highly preferred. 5 years of experience in a wide variety of distribution, operations management, inventory management, planning and manufacturing positions. 3 or more years of managing people in various locations at the same time. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strategic and tactical thinking abilities. Excellent oral and written communication. Positive attitude and engagement with customers and, direct reports and internal employees. Good time management skills. Adherence to all company policies and procedures. Ability to work and operate independently and take initiative. Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel. Application of common sense, logic, & reasoning. Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Good interpersonal skills in dealing with employees. Must be able to work overtime as necessary. Must pass mandatory pre-employment drug test, physical, and criminal background check.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
You will be expected to stand and sit for long periods of time frequently. You will be expected to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally. Bending, crouching, pushing and pulling will be required frequently depending on branch needs.MENTAL DEMANDS:
