The Regional Outreach Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development to increase revenue and achieve business objectives within the Western Division. This includes outreach to local healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations, establishing a network and building relationships to facilitate referrals and promote Nuclear Care Partners' programs and services. The Regional Outreach Director will also be responsible for collaborating with the management team to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop marketing plans.
Ability to travel is required, up to 50%.

Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; and implementing change. Implements strategic and tactical sales plans for region to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and total annual sales objectives. Monitors the region’s compliance of field sales promotional activity, ensuring appropriate reporting procedures are taking place. Partners with the Marketing team to implement and measure push and pull-through initiatives that support achieving sales objectives. Establishes and manages on-going procedures/processes for communication of information necessary for accomplishing region objectives. Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers, physicians, or doctor’s offices; identifying new customer opportunities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing, preferably in the home healthcare or hospice industry. A proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations, resulting in increased referrals and revenue growth. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
