Join Us as a Regional Parts Growth Intern. 

 

As a Regional Account Growth Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our initiative to gain more share of wallet (SOW) business with regional accounts. You will work closely with our Parts, Sales, and Service teams to identify growth opportunities and customize solutions that address customer needs.


About the Intern Program

12-week program with start dates on: May 12th or 19th, or June 2nd40 hours per weekMust graduate between December 2025 - May 2027 Responsibilities Research and Development: Conduct market research and analyze Vehicle in Operation (VIO) data to identify potential growth areas for all-makes products.Regional Fleets are defined as a fleet with 3+ locations. A minimum of 50 vehicles in their fleet.Identify our estimated share of Customer’s current business and potential.Targeted Approach: Develop and implement targeted strategies tailored to the unique needs of each regional account.Work with each Regional Fleet to help identify their top movers and price accordingly to help gain new businessHelp define a working process internally for regional accounts that cross over into our other Regions within InternationalWork with Regional Fleets to complete our Fleet Profile sheetCustomer Partnership: Assist in fostering long-term partnerships with customers by providing better pricing based on demand and ensuring customer satisfaction.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.Ideas on who we can leverage our partnership with Regional Fleets for greater market share – selling them on the whole International packageProject Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, including milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs). Minimum Requirements Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
