Join our global Performance Analytics organization and collaborate with some of North America’s top institutional organizations. You will lead a regional team that will partner with and directly service senior investment staff on their Analytics subscription with functions including: interpretation of results, optimization of data mining and visualization tools, profitability and revenue growth along with strategic management of satisfaction and remediation plans. This is a senior position that will work with the national and global Analytics team to help craft the ongoing direction of the Analytics group service model and its technology roadmap.
What you will be responsible for
Management of three to six Analytics teams that manage daily client interactions.
Develop strategy plans to ensure client satisfaction, profitability and future growth and serve as senior escalation point for clients and internal business partners.
Effectively communicate with State Street executive management team on issues, strategic direction and implementations.
Identify, hire and develop talent from within State Street and the open market including targeted development planst.
Work with leads to identify and progress opportunities and prevent losses.
Ensure staff training and development programs are in place and up to date.
Champion best practices and adherences to acceptable risk policies.
Develop KPI’s and report to business unit owners on appropriate metrics with supporting remediation plans.
Collaborate with global Analytics team to ensure best practices are well understood and fully utilized.
Document, facilitate and remediate departmental audit programs
Understand technology and ensure the demand management program addresses items that will benefit regional accounts.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
CFA / CIPM preferred
15+ years of Investment Performance, Analytical or equivalent experience
10+ years of management experience
Ability to inspire and motivate team and foster a collaborative, productive environment

Salary Range:
$170,000 - $252,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
