**Overview**

Enthusiastic and driven to be able to field queries and act in an independent capacity. Ability to articulate and put forward ideas and understand spoken and unspoken asks of the client. An ability to drive the conversation rather than be briefed. An ability also to be able to stick to a prescriptive format if so required. Maturity to be able to manage political nuances and be tactful and professional in all relationships. This will be a role with a steep learning curve and an appetite to go with the flow and adapt to fast moving changes is a requirement.
**Key areas of expertise and expansion:**
+ Partnerships to drive Test and Learn opportunities to drive sales – to work across all media partners identified to brief, distil and track T&L calendar
+ Driving Quality Traffic
+ Driving new acquisition of audiences
+ Be sales focused and support new opportunities to drive the business
+ Ability to support presentations and build a storyline to present business cases.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Client Management:
+ Client facing regular interactions / setting up WIPs / driving follow through conversations. Prompt responses on email / and modes of communication.
+ Building of case studies to drive stakeholder engagement and drive funding for more opportunities.
+ Support business reviews with clients
+ Partner Management
+ Managing and supporting a schedule of engagement with partners – monthly – with clients and markets and as required
+ Aiding to find, evaluate and sourcing new partners who are right for the business.
+ Demand Generation Strategy development and Management
+ Monitoring and learning about the latest trends and developments of new products to leverage new opportunities for client, across partners.
+ Collaborate with local Performance teams across markets to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns as per regional & HQ guidelines
+ Utilize various budget and target setting methods for forecasting performance and budget requirements
+ Analyze traffic data to improve quality/conversion rates and identify key target segments
+ Optimize the performance of paid media campaigns across various channels, including search, social media, display/programmatic, and third-party advertising platforms
+ Market Management
+ Able to prioritise and respond to new requests and changes in a timely manner and work in a dynamic environment
+ Working with local market teams and their local clients to approach and move ahead the plans
+ Owning KPIs with the local markets.
+ Regional Team interaction and management
+ Working closely with the Commerce team to combine outcomes for the scope
+ Working closely with the larger Media / Marketing team
+ Working across capabilities that we have under CRM/Creative/SEO – to knit together a integrated approach.
+ Support client and local teams with ad hoc requests related to strategy, planning, execution, and insights mining.
+ Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals
**Qualifications**
+ 4-6 years in a media agency; preferably recent years in a performance-focused role
+ Exceptional working understanding of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
+ Proven experience in managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Criteo, DV360, Bing
+ Strong knowledge of web analytics platform Adobe Analytics or GA4 is a huge plus
+ Deep analytical thinking skills with the ability to derive key actionable insights through extensive research of primary data sets
