Regional Practice Area Senior Manager - Financial Institutions
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Practice Area Senior Manager within BCG’s Financial Institutions Practice Area (PA), you will own, structure, and drive the management and coordination of the regional PA agenda, business, and people plan, ensuring that all PA activities in the region run smoothly. Working closely with PA leadership and senior stakeholders across the PA, you will be responsible for setting the strategic agenda and running the day-to-day operations and processes - this involves planning, pipeline monitoring, commercialization activities, marketing & communications for the region, meetings, budgeting & reporting, and support in people-related topics such as developing and driving a clear view of talent pyramid and pipeline, affiliation, and diversity.

You will act as a thought partner to Practice Area Leadership and support agenda setting, plan conception, and execution, facilitating the implementation of the PA action plan to develop the region. You will support business development and provide inputs to marketing efforts, representing the PA and synchronizing efforts at the interface of regions and other industry and functional PAs, and notably Risk & Compliance and TDA which are priority functional interfaces for FI. You will activate all AP priority topics to ensure commercial traction in AP, in collaboration with other FI sectors (e.g. Payments in AP, Global Asset managers in AP). You will plan and execute regional PA meetings and support global and regional PA projects as well as perform regular financial analyses and reporting.

You will also be an integral part of the FI PA Management & Operations team and lead and contribute to specific global initiatives such as global planning and global business analysis. Those efforts will be defined based on overall practice priorities and capacity.
