Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties. *Job Summary* Responsible for managing multiple designated operational units to ensure superior customer service and patient care in a highly efficient and cost-effective manner. Oversight of clinical operations, provision of support to managers and coordinators responsible for day-to-day operational activities in the practices. * Serves as member of management team - collaborates on organizational business issues, communicates appropriate messages, supports and drives corporate initiatives * Provides ongoing support and collaboration with the Service Line Director on growth and improvement initiatives * Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through modeling inclusive behaviors and proactively managing bias * Oversees all activities of the assigned operational practices - provides leadership and direction to direct reports including practice managers, office managers, office coordinators and providers, serving as a positive role model * Responds promptly and effectively to patient, provider, and colleague concerns * Support Directors in the development and execution of short- and long-term business plans and corresponding budgets in collaboration with senior leadership, monitoring progress, trouble shooting and maintaining accountability * Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced clinical or business credentials preferred * Minimum 5 years medical practice management experience required * Experience with management and oversight of multiple site locations preferred * Experience providing effective business leadership to providers and colleagues * Commitment to supporting inclusion and diversity in all aspects of the workplace * Ability to refine, reorganize, and redirect workflow in a timely manner to optimize resources * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment managing multiple competing tasks and demands * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively address and resolve problems in a timely manner We take great care of careers.
