Regional Pricing Supervisor
What you’ll do:

The Regional Pricing Supervisor will report to the Division Pricing Manager and will lead a team of highly talented Pricing Analysts to drive growth and shape the future of the Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions organization. The responsibilities will include owning and executing pricing strategies, driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and propelling market penetration. The Regional Pricing Supervisor will possess the ability to operate in a continual mode of negotiation, coaching, and decision making. This is a high visibility position and will lead critical interactions with internal partners (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT, etc.) and external customers (manufacturing representatives, distributors, OEM’s) to help deliver a world class level of service.
•    Executes regional product line pricing strategies related to market share growth and profit targets
•    Accountable for price realization within assigned region
•    Supports team on both a regional and North America basis to ensure the efficient management of a high-volume quotation requests with differing levels of complexity in a timely manner.  Follows up on outstanding quotations to determine project status, increase success rate, and measure win/loss ratios 
•    Establishes and monitors staff performance and development goals, sets objectives, establishes priorities, and holds staff accountable by providing timely coaching and feedback
•    Resolves escalations of pricing negotiations that occur between customers and the sales team
•    Maintains awareness of current market pricing trends and communicates recommended product-specific price level adjustments
•    Proactively engages Product Line Managers to provide recommendations on pricing authority levels 
•    Manages all methods of non-stock pricing such as quotations and Special Pricing Agreements
•    Leverages data in decision making process/problem solving
•    Builds relationships with internal departments to provide and receive feedback on sales process

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution OR High school diploma/GED with at least 15 years of pricing or industry experienceMinimum of 2 years pricing, quotations, or finance experience Eligible to work within the US without company sponsorshipNo relocation assistance is being provided for this position. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of Highland IL, Syracuse NY, or Moon Township PA to be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree from an accredited university or college  Knowledge of Crouse-Hinds and B-Line ProductsKnowledge of ERP system (SAP) Knowledge of quoting system (CPQ)Minimum 2 years management experience in a commercial/industrial organizationMinimum 2 years of experience in the commercial/industrial electrical industry  Familiarity with selling through manufacturer’s representative, distribution, and factory direct sales forcesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint).Able to work in a fast-paced environment; under pressure and within project deadlines. Skills:
