Job Title

Regional Process Analyst (OTC)

Purpose of the role

This position will support the Order to Cash Regional Process Owner (RPO) in the APAC region who is acting as entry point and linkage between Sales Account Management, Financial Service Center and other Business Units regarding Order to Cash processes.

In this role you'll:

Product Model Expert representative in the Region, being the entry point for new products/models implementation that could require involvement from our PME team in MAD, being the link to ensure proper requirements definition and analysis.

Demand Management Role in the region, responsible for identifying and documenting gaps of as-is set-up vs to be structure as defined in the standard process blueprint, analyze the risks involved from the gaps identified and propose improvement ideas to mitigate or control identified risks. Conduct workshops between different organizations as needed.

Service/Project Management role in the Region, responsible in ensuring FSC execute OTC activities for APAC Region correctly. He/She will be in charge of the definition and monitoring of process controls, SLAs and KPIs to guarantee the right level of service.
He/She will contribute as well as part of this team to the evolution of the Order to Cash template contemplating changes required by the Region.

Review and validate requirements for Revenue Management and the FSC to support / coordinate their implementation and communicate them to the areas involved.
Define, review and validate requirements for reporting.

About the ideal candidate:

University degree in Computer Science / Finance or equal professional background.

Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and project management

Strong communication, influencing and people coordination capabilities

Very good English skills are a must, other languages is a plus.

Accounting / Collection / Dunning procedure knowledge is a plus.

Proficient handling of EXCEL, preparing data for analytical purposes is also required, as well as a strong customer focus, hands on approach and strong personality

5+ years in a similar position in a multinational company. Previous knowledge of SAP SD implementations & customizing in finance / revenue management area.
