Introduction

 

We are seeking a Regional Product Manager for Spares to join our Screening business line's Central Region team. You will be responsible for ensuring the setting and execution of the region’s priorities for spares, which involves strategic development, cost target setting, and managing end customer and pricing. Your role plays a crucial part in supporting the Head of Region and Team with Spares Product Management functions, which will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations

 

This position is mainly located in the Central Region, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

 


What you’ll do

 

Develop and execute the region’s strategic plan for spares, including cost targets, pricing, and sourcing strategies. Manage end customer and pricing, support discount approvals. Provide technical support, analyze manufacturing drawings, and propose alternative solutions. Lead spares campaigns, create value-selling content, and deliver sales materials to distributors and customers. Collaborate with supply teams and regional engineering on sourcing, manufacturing, and design improvements. Oversee GQS management, troubleshoot delivery issues, and support project management for complex spares projects.

 

 

Who you are

 

A strategic thinker with experience in product management, supply chain, or engineering, ideally within spares or aftermarket. Skilled in cost management, pricing strategies, and balancing business objectives with customer needs. Strong collaborator, working effectively with supply teams, sales, and engineering to drive efficiency and growth. Problem-solver with the ability to analyze complex challenges. Proficient in working with manufacturing drawings and technical documentation. Results-driven, taking ownership of projects and delivering impactful solutions.
